South Jakarta Mayor Office opens resident complaint post since Monday (10/30). 10 sub-district offices and 65 urban village offices also open the similar service for residents.
Since the service has been opened, resident does not need to go to City Hall to complain
This is done to collect residents aspiration and response to residents' problem directly.
South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi said, resident complaint service is opened according to Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan's instruction to assist and facilitate residents in regions.
Complaint Service in Urban Village and Sub-district Asked to Be Optimized"Since the
service has been opened, resident does not need to go to City Hall to complain. They only need to go to mayor, sub-district, or urban village offices to report their problems," he said, Monday (10/30).This service is opened on Monday-Thursday at 8-9 AM. South Jakarta Administration has prepared three desks which differentiated by residents problems. First is related to community welfare, second is construction, and third is about land matter.
"There is no service on Friday because on last program, regional heads is mentioned will visit residents through PSN (mosquito nest eradication) program," he mentioned.
Besides, his side has opened complaint post service through RPP (Public Participation Response) application, Qlue, and CRM.
"Through all of these, we want to give optimal and better service to residents," he closed.
